That said, in our experience as an area real estate professional, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means being accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

Who is a part of our team?  First, we have Cheri Kent, a multi-million dollar producer, who has been in sales and marketing for over 22 years.  Cheri's emphasis is on marketing programs maximizing value for sellers and market driven knowledge resulting in great home purchases for our buyers.  Cheri studied at CMU with a degree in marketing and advertising and later rounded things out with an MBA from Marquette University.  Cheri landed in the Milwaukee area more than 10 years ago as a corporate transferee and is a mother of two teens.  She clearly understands the demands of moving and with children!

Jodi Olson is a partner and another mulit-million dollar producer in her own right.  Jodi and Cheri work together to ensure uncompromising levels of customer service.  With two full time Realtors available to you, a client or customer never has to worry about missing the latest property that hits the market or the urgent showing need.  Jodi is a life long resident of the area and also brings remodeling and property management experience that is shared with customers.  As a mother of three, including twin girls, Jodi understands the demands and needs of a busy family at this crazy time!

Lisa Lichty rounds out our team, and we often find it difficult to give her a title.  Assitant or Customer Service Coordinator, just doesn't seem enough.  Lisa coordinates and processes the mountains of paperwork associated with this industry, assists in showings, web site details, data management, closing paperwork, and phone calls.  She helps cover all the client and customer needs behind the scenes.  She too is a life long resident, and as a mother of three young children, understands the needs of our very busy client base.
